My Approach to Helping
I am a Clinical Social Worker who has experience in inpatient mental health as well as outpatient counseling. I have worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders. I work with individuals who have diverse backgrounds and identities. I don't believe we are bound by a diagnosis. Therefore, I'm here to help with any issues and challenges that present themselves along the way. My therapy style is laid-back and compassionate. We are a team, and I am here to guide you on your journey, but you are in the driver's seat. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy to assist with the process of growth and evolution of self. I believe in open and honest communication throughout the journey, and I value regular feedback. It is an honor to hear your story and to be a part of your life. I look forward to working together!
