My Approach to Helping

I became a therapist because I know firsthand how isolating it can feel when you’re struggling and can’t find the right support. My goal is to be the person who helps you feel understood, not alone, and able to process the challenges you’re facing. Working with me, you can expect a compassionate and collaborative environment where your thoughts and feelings are explored openly. We’ll work together to find clarity and develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. I aim to provide a safe space where you can explore and grow, using an integrative approach to address your individual concerns and goals.

More Info About My Practice

I believe in the transformative power of a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be your true self. As an animal lover who values community connections, I emphasize the importance of relationships and the sense of belonging they provide. My goal is to create a welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of background, where we can collaboratively navigate difficult emotions, relationships, and situations.

I encourage sharing personal struggles to combat the loneliness epidemic—no one should face challenges in isolation. My approach to healing is authentic and balanced, honoring each individual's unique experiences and feelings.
