My Approach to Helping
At my practice, I focus on helping clients move past what’s been holding them back and find a sense of stability and control in their lives. I’m here to support individuals in managing stress, building a healthier relationship with themselves, and overcoming challenges so they can create the life they truly want. Many clients come to me dealing with things like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, work stress, and feeling stuck. I use techniques like EMDR and other approaches to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that feels safe and comfortable.
My goal is to help each client build self-esteem, change limiting and negative thoughts that hold them back, and make meaningful changes that reflect their values and goals. Whether it’s healing from past trauma, managing symptoms like anxiety or ADHD, or improving relationships, I tailor my approach to each person’s needs and journey.
Clients often describe my approach as warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I believe in building a trusting, supportive relationship where clients feel heard and respected—so they can make the lasting changes they’re looking for. I’m here to guide and support clients to help them become resilient, confident, and hopeful versions of themselves.
