My Approach to Helping

It is crucial that I advocate for my clients, use a variety of therapeutic modalities, and teach them healthy interventions and coping skills. I take a client-centered approach. Every client is unique, and they all have different needs and concerns. When working with my clients to develop a client-specific treatment plan, this method works well. Additionally, I support empowering my clients and assisting in the removal of obstacles to personal development. I create a friendly atmosphere where everyone can feel at ease, accepted, heard, and understood.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

Many thoughts can run through one's head about seeking therapy. At Serene Care Solution Services, our therapist will make sure to make the environment comfortable and welcoming for you. The first session is 45-60 minutes long. During the initial session, topics of discussion will consist of issues, related problems, background information, & what you expect to obtain from therapy. Prior to the first session, necessary paperwork will need to be completed. These documents can be emailed to you or completed on the first session together. It is your choice how often you receive therapy. Sessions can last for 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and 60 minutes. Some individuals chose once a month, twice a month, twice a week, once a week, and so on. You and your therapist can discuss a schedule during the initial visit. We want your experience to be a pleasant one getting to know your therapist.
