My Approach to Helping
Life is stressful. Sometimes we just need to talk with someone who understands our fears and anxieties and who can give us another perspective. In therapy, you and I will work to build a relationship where you feel support and encouragement to explore the areas you desire to change. We all search for meaning and purpose in our lives, but we miss out on life when we run away from or fear certain things. In counseling, you and I will examine the areas of your life that are causing you pain or discomfort. We will look at the meaning you have placed on certain areas of your life, as well as your strengths and abilities to address life situations.
