My Approach to Helping
Feeling exhausted or burned out? Is your relationship going south? Can't focus? Maybe you are anxious or sad. Perhaps you feel unheard or unseen. These feelings can be hard to navigate, so don't do it by yourself! Just know that while those feelings may feel insurmountable now, you don't have to stay in them. Hope is here, as there are many ways to create a transformation you can enjoy!
We will begin by exploring the "What happened?" that created the negative feelings and emotions in the first place. We will work to develop an understanding of self and then uncover tools you need so that you can untangle from the negative experiences. From there we start creating more of a life you want to live!
Understand that in finding me, you have bumped into the least judgmental human on earth. It is super safe to talk about, and explore absolutely everything!
