My Approach to Helping

I am here to help you on the journey to become the main character! As we play this game called life, we encounter different challenges, roles, and situations that affect the role we play. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to gain a better understanding of themselves, based on their needs at the moment. A safe, comfortable environment is provided for those seeking therapy, whether it's the first journey or an ongoing one.
As an eclectic therapist, I believe that you are capable of being the main character in your story! Together, we can work on coping skills using person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other modalities I have experience treating individuals with anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ related issues.
We all experience times, where we do not feel like the main character in our lives. I look forward to working with you to obtain the main character energy by making the changes, whether they are big or small. Lets schedule on consultation today to begin the main character journey!

My Role as a Therapist

I work with people, who may be struggling to understand their ADHD, anxiety, or depression. During our initial session, we will be gathering the background information and discussing goals for counseling. After that we will continue to build the therapeutic relationship and create a treatment plan together.
I often use person-centered therapy in practice. In your first session, we will explore what is bringing you in for counseling and begin building the therapeutic relationship. Over the duration of your therapeutic journey, I will implement other modalities to work towards your goals and get you on the path to being the best version of yourself.
