My Approach to Helping

“If we have a pulse, then we have a purpose.” This quote should be lived by every individual seeking betterment for their lives. The passion to help others thrive and become a better version of themselves is the purpose I live for everyday! I am a native of Hampton, Virginia, but have resided in Chesapeake for more than 10 years. I am a mother of a lovely eight-year-old daughter. I love to write, dance, and socialize with people. I am the Founder of two wonderful organizations, SheFlourished Ministries and B.L.O.O.M.S. Adult Mentoring Program.

My specialties include working with a variety of people who have diagnoses of ADHD, ODD, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders, and Anxiety. Most of my background features individual and group therapy. My motive, daily, is to help those who feel they are incapable of helping themselves.

I have served in the mental health profession for over five years. My ambition and gift have always been to help people heal where they hurt. If you feel like you are hurting and in need of counseling please reach out.
