My Approach to Helping
I humbly see therapy as a collaborative process every step of the way- from introductions to goal setting and through achieving short /long term goals. I do believe that each individual, couple, and family has a different way of relating to the world at large and I treat each person based on their unique individual needs& preferences. I use a plethora of therapeutic techniques that are designed to meet almost any treatment goal (e.g. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-CBT, Family Systems, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Dialectic Behavior Therapy-DBT).
