My Approach to Helping

This isn’t where you thought you’d be. Whether you’re struggling in your relationships, feeling overwhelmed, or coming to the realization that the effects of trauma are keeping you from living fully - this isn’t how you thought your life would be unfolding.

Start living a life you love without sacrificing who you are! When you feel like you have lost your voice and your sense of self in your relationships, I work with you to help you rediscover who you are and what boundaries you want to set in your relationships.

Many couples say that as challenges and the pressures of life take their toll, it can feel like they’re always fighting each other, instead of the problems they face. In therapy, we can help you and your partner get on the same page and rebuild the intimacy and romance in your relationship so that you can handle anything that comes your way. Therapy can help you find a sense of unity and shared purpose.

Parenting is arguably the toughest job out there - and raising a child who struggles with behavioral challenges can make it more difficult. Every day can feel like you’re pushed to your limits. I am here to support you. I walk alongside you, show you exactly what to do to help your child, and create a more peaceful way to live. I provide child therapy through a process that involves working with the parents and the child to find a less stressful way to live.

For Individuals looking to heal from trauma we offer EMDR intensives that help you process your experience over the course of days instead of weeks.

I believe that when you feel safe, supported, and heard - you’re going to feel comfortable sharing the experiences, history, and situations that brought you to our door. Connection with your therapist leads to an openness that allows us to get clear on why your relationships follow a pattern or behavior that doesn’t give you what you need. In creating a safe space for you to explore your thoughts without fear of judgment, we can open the door to real change.
