More Info About My Practice
We'll use a variety of therapeutic approaches that work for you, including experiential Gestalt, EMDR trauma work, somatic experiencing, hypnosis, mindfulness, family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, meditation, yoga. Together we'll integrate mind-body-emotion experience and discover body tension that holds emotions and memories that may present barriers between yourself and others. Together we can transform old behavior patterns, improve relationships. We'll focus on your finding new insights, possibilities and resilience that help you move forward and find your own way. I am a therapist and coach with a wide array of experience with issues relating to relationships, family, career, health, wellbeing. I work with individuals, families, couples, groups. I look forward to lending a hand in your process to move on from repeating old situations that leave you distressed, exhausted, alone, to getting more out of life.
