My Approach to Helping
I work with individuals and couples build stronger, more connected relationships with others and with themselves. My practice is rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and understanding. I specialize in working with women and members of the BIPOC community, especially those navigating multicultural identities as immigrants, first-generation, or multilingual individuals. I know firsthand how powerful it is to feel truly seen and supported in therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and deeply valued so that you can show up fully in your life and relationships.
My approach focuses on fostering stronger relationships and resolving conflict. I'm here to support you through life transitions such as break ups, marriage, pregnancy, moving cross country, and career changes. I also have experience working with depression and anxiety, relationship and attachment issues, griefloss, and more.
