My Approach to Helping

My hope is to help my clients first and foremost, feel seen, heard, and understood. An important aspect in the healing process is to be validated in your experience. From there, I want my clients to gain an understanding and deep insight, so they can learn and grow from their current emotional or mental position. I aim to build resiliency, hope, acceptance, understanding, and empathy in my clients, cresting a positive ripple effect in their lives and the lives of those connected to them. I hope to endow them with tools, understanding, knowledge, and insight that will contribute to their process of healing, to be used whenever needed throughout their lives.

More Info About My Practice

I am a first-generation American who values hard work, community, authenticity, education, and creativity. I believe we all have something unique to offer the world, but life’s challenges can sometimes cloud our self-perception and how we show up for ourselves and others.

As humans, we are part of various communities, supporting one another’s growth. I’ve always prioritized fostering these connections, believing in the philosophy that I am my brother's keeper. When I help someone, I not only assist them but also enrich my own life through the learning and connection that experience brings, creating a ripple effect like a drop of water on a still pond.
