My Approach to Helping
Bailey Reese (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to assisting individuals in their pursuit of overall well-being and feelings of wholeness. Her clinical interests include attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), anxiety, depression, and substance use (SUD). Bailey received her Masters's in Social Work from Michigan State University. She has worked with children, families, and adults for the last five years. Bailey believes each individual is capable of identifying and overcoming their own barriers, and she takes a client-centered approach coupled with cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques to aid individuals in meeting their treatment goals. She believes in the dignity and worth of each individual and is committed to providing appropriate, evidence-based treatment to promote well-being in her clients’ lives.
