My Approach to Helping
Do you feel tense, sad, or exhausted? Are you lonely or hypersensitive? Perhaps you have relationship problems or have lost your loved one. Whatever brings you here I know that you hurt and are looking for help. With the invitation to see your issues as an opportunity for transformation I will meet you where you are and help you to uncover your healing potential and to restore your well-being.
I treat depression, anxiety, grief, phobia, panic attacks, and OCD. I also offer help for relationship issues.
My approach integrates mindfulness, positive psychology, spirituality, humanistic-existential, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Oftentimes I use discernment counseling which can help to determine if there is motivation to save relationships and systemic desensitization which is a powerful tool in phobia treatment.
