My Approach to Helping
Hi and welcome to my space; I appreciate the courage it takes for you to be here.
I am a trauma-informed therapist, who offers a holistic approach to working with PTSD and C-PTSD, anxiety, and life changes. Trauma and complex trauma have a way of isolating; making you question your environment, the people around you, even your Self. I see, hear, and believe the challenges you confront, and walk with you toward reclaiming your sense of Self and the empowerment that brings. Together we work toward self-acceptance, understanding, and awareness as we process your lived experiences.
In a space of safety and non-judgement, we work together to release shame, relieve distress, and walk toward empowered resilience. Compassionately, we witness and come to understand that you are so much more than your circumstances. We bring reframe to unhelpful thoughts and rewrite your narrative so that hope, self-compassion and growth are within reach.
I am here to offer space to pause; process what has been, and plant seeds for what’s next. I meet You in the space between chapters, where we slow it all down, make it all make sense, and learn to respond rather than react. We create a space that offers compassion, heals what needs healing, and nurtures the relationship between You and You! You deserve that!
