For many men, going through your 20s and 30s is a very particular kind of journey: dating/relationships, career, establishing roots in a city and friend group, and the big question of your purpose. And honestly, it can be hard to convey to people who haven’t been through it what exactly this is like. Answers from family, well-meaning but untrained friends, and Reddit just aren't enough. This critical developmental time in your life can be confusing, overwhelming, heart-wrenching, and lonely.

I cannot understate the value of the counseling I've received during this period of my life, and that's why after a decade spent as a business professional I made the shift to be a therapist.
