My Approach to Helping
I offer an accepting and warm space to address difficult problems and feelings. My approach is to acknowledge that all of us need support at different times in our lives and it's okay not to be okay. I utilize CBT (cognitive behavour therapy) to help find more helpful ways of thinking and functioning as well as a psychodynamic lens that considers what has brought you to this place. I support my clients in working through whatever has brought them to counselling and finding a way forward together.
