My Approach to Helping
I understand that life and relationships can be painful and confusing at times. Despite our best intentions, we can't always make our relationships work or our lives feel fulfilling. In my work, I emphasize the creation of a safe and attuned environment in which self-exploration and insight can be encouraged and unconscious, problematic patterns can be brought to light and explored. As well, I help clients to understand and recognize how the quality of past relationships shape and determine current relationships. Together we work to promote deeper self-understanding and healthier, more conflict free, ways of relating.
