My Approach to Helping

Disconnection, fear, and pain often hide the creative solutions we contain to navigate challenges, create joy, and feel safe. I am here to help you discover the possibilities within you to live with self-compassion, choice, and greater sense of your authentic self.

I honor that we all come from an array of diverse and cultural backgrounds and it is of upmost importance to hold a person’s individual experience with compassion, respect, curiosity, and acceptance. In therapy with me, you can expect treatment to fit your individual needs and have a witness to your whole self.

I work from a relational-Gestalt, psychodynamic, holistic and strength-based perspective. I hold a belief that through bringing presence to how our emotions, behaviors, thoughts, relational dynamics, social context, and physical self can re-awaken the creative and unique qualities that bring healthy homeostasis and expansion to our lives.

I am passionate about helping people with grief and loss, processing trauma, and creating new narratives about themselves. I collaborate with my clients to find meaning and uncover hidden strengths because of isolation, suffering, and societal messaging.
