My Approach to Helping

I provide a non-judgmental, compassionate, and caring approach and, if desired, integrate your spiritual beliefs to help you reach your personal goals. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques that will provide you with the tools needed to gain a feeling of empowerment to embrace your future with confidence, self-worth, and a true sense of purpose.
