My Approach to Helping
Life is challenging enough by itself. When you're struggling, it makes it harder to get through. Sometimes, there are so many challenges that keep us from reaching our goals—things from the past, things that are going on now—making it hard to stay above the surface. I have helped others in their struggles in life, no matter how big they were. As a therapist with almost 20 years of experience, I have helped people in numerous ways identify and resolve what has blocked them from reaching new levels of personal freedom.
