My Approach to Helping

Hi, I’m Kelsey and I specialize in helping Couples, Adults, and Teens. I have worked with clients with symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety, Depression, Communication, Marital & Relational Conflict, and Group Treatment.

My goal is to make each person’s counseling experience unique based upon their needs.

I believe everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Counseling is not about having someone take control of your life or "feeling good", counseling is about learning to take control of your life and making changes. It is important for me to create a safe space where you feel comfortable exploring issues in your life.

I am CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS and would love to meet you.

We are a group practice with 5 therapists currently offering online and face to face sessions for Adults, Teens, and Couples.

More Info About My Practice

We are a group practice specializing in working with Teens, Adults, and Couples to find JOY in life. Please take a look at our website and give us a call to schedule an appointment this week. Now accepting new clients for daytime, evening, and weekend sessions.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

We find that most therapy clients need multiple sessions to see long lasting improvement. That does not mean that you will be in therapy forever! We typically see clients for 10-12 sessions, with some needing less and some more according to their presenting concern and readiness for change. We will keep working with you until you are comfortable with taking the skills and practiced we work on and using them in your daily life outside of therapy.
