It can be so intimidating to make the decision to ask for help. If we even know that we need it, we so often try everything else as a solution before reaching out. I am so glad you are here. Change is hard work and can even be frightening, but on the other side, the outcome can be beautiful. I work with folks who are in various stages of change and understanding about how they want their lives to be different. I won't promise it will be easy or comfortable, but my hope is that you feel safe and supported along the way.
More Info About My Practice
I have 14 years of outpatient therapy experience, including telehealth, and am able to practice under the PSYPACT authority, which currently covers 31 states in the US. Treatment is focused in the cognitive-behavioral model with specific interventions for sleepinsomnia and posttraumatic stress (PTSD) trauma exposure, as well as other general mental health issues.
