My Approach to Helping

Therapy sucks for men, because frankly it wasn't designed with the male psyche in mind. Society has taught men to be emotional ignorant leading to high rates of addiction, depression, and anxiety. As men we need practical solutions and tangible results before we start to buy in to the process that is therapy. If you're finding yourself struggling in life and are unsure of where to turn for help, you've come to the right place.

I pull from personal and professional experience to help my clients with practical solutions while working to increase emotional intelligence and help make life better. I specialize in anxiety, anger, relationships, and male depression while equipping my clients with tools to handle whatever life throws at them.

As someone who has undergone many of the challenges my clients face, I know that there's light at the end of the tunnel. I focus on reframing problems and finding individual unique strengths through the vast array of male-specific issues and the stigma they may face.
