My Approach to Helping

My approach is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and practical guidance. I aim to meet clients where they are and help them set realistic, meaningful goals. Together, we work to unpack their challenges, reframe limiting beliefs, and build the tools they need to thrive. My goal is for clients to feel seen, understood, and equipped to navigate life’s complexities with greater confidence and self-assurance.

More Info About My Practice

I believe in creating a therapeutic space that fosters empowerment and healing, rooted in compassion and authenticity. With a foundation in Christianity, I understand how faith can align with goal-driven individuals feeling tested or shaken. Outside of therapy, I’m dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and engaging in community initiatives, including co-founding the mental health workshop program Safe Space at the Door. This program offers quarterly workshops tailored to community needs, addressing topics like bridging the gap between faith and mental health, anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem, financial literacy, parenting, and more. I also appreciate platforms focused on therapy for the BIPOC community, neurodivergent individuals, suicide prevention, women’s issues, and body positivity. My goal is to be impactful and purposeful in my work by providing aid and resources to underserved communities.
