My Approach to Helping

Do anxious thoughts or depressed feelings get in the way of the person you want to be? Are you more likely to avoid uncomfortable feelings than prioritize living your fullest life? I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 22 years experience helping clients with mental health concerns. Utilizing elements of mindfulness meditation, self-compassion and cognitive behavioral therapy, we will practice "in-the-moment skills" to help your true self flourish. Whether your concern is stress management, life transition, anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep difficulties, or chronic pain, we will work through these difficult experiences at a pace of your choosing.

Living a life that is guided by values is a difficult undertaking when feeling constrained by mental health difficulties. I am humbled at the prospect of helping you break free from avoidance and journey back into a life of fulfillment. I am currently accepting new patients and work primarily with adults, young adults, and seniors. Please visit cognitivebehavioralcounseling.com for more information.
