My Approach to Helping
I work with individuals to better understand and manage a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, motivation, confidence, self-esteem, and ADHD. Struggling with your mental health can often feel like an uphill battle—frustrating, overwhelming, and at times, isolating. It’s easy to feel stuck in unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior, unsure of how to move forward. But you don’t have to face these challenges alone.
In our work together, we’ll take a compassionate and thoughtful look at what’s been holding you back—whether it’s persistent self-doubt, disorganization, emotional burnout, or a sense of being “stuck” in place. We’ll identify the patterns that no longer serve you and develop practical coping strategies tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to support you in building the skills and mindset needed to regain a sense of control, boost your confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.
