Struggling with mental health can feel frustrating and overwhelming, often leaving you hopeless or stuck. But you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we’ll explore the unhelpful patterns of thoughts and behaviors that have been holding you back, develop effective coping strategies, and create a path toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

For over a decade, I have worked with a variety of populations and diverse issues. Using skills found in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Therapy, I help make complex issues understandable and build coping skills tailored to your needs.

As a therapist, my role is to help you gain clarity and perspective while working together to navigate life's challenges. We'll explore unhelpful thinking patterns and self-destructive habits, then find healthier ways to move forward. I also help put words to the chaos you're experiencing, so you can better understand and work through it. Through working together, the pieces can start coming together, creating a clearer path forward that makes sense for you.
