My Approach to Helping
Welcome! You have likely come to this page for a very personal reason and that in itself is a very courageous first step. You may be struggling with some very specific issues like depression, anxiety, and trauma, or you may be experiencing the distress of feeling stuck, lonely, confused, and disconnected. Are you are looking to make meaning of a trauma, cope with the stress of daily life, or if you want to simply develop a greater sense of self-awareness? No matter what brings you here; there is always hope. I have helped many clients through these issues and I hope that we can work together towards your goals.
As a therapist my goal is to develop highly individualized therapy experiences for my clients. Clients often share that they have never felt so safe, understood, or empowered in therapy before. My skills are focused in trauma informed care; it is my belief that we are all coming to our daily lives trying to cope with our own experiences of trauma.
My hope is that we can work together to develop new levels of self-awareness, connection, and meaning in your life.
