Mental health challenges, relationship difficulties, past traumatic experiences, and life transitions can impact your well-being significantly, especially if you don't believe that you can navigate these difficulties alone. As a therapist, I have worked with clients who were faced with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, ADHD, life transitions, and more. I take a collaborative, understanding, and solution-oriented approach. I provide my clients with constructive feedback and new skills. Federal regulations currently prevent mental health care providers from accepting self-pay for Medicaid beneficiaries, and therefore, I cannot offer self-pay rates to clients who have Medicaid as their primary insurance.
