My Approach to Helping
It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. Please know you're starting this process from a place of strength, and it's a privilege to support you on your journey. I've been in the helping profession since 2009. I currently work full-time and will be seeing people part-time. My hours of availability: I will be available Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sundays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and some evenings after 5:30 p.m. I primarily work with clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use. I've provided therapy to individuals, couples, and families in many different areas of life, from in-home with families, mobile crisis teams, to adults and juveniles in the correctional health setting. I currently work with a diverse group of people, from children and young adults to older adults. I have met with individuals at their most vulnerable times in life. I'm here to be an anchor in life and not judge you while you decide your next steps and goals on your journey. I also recognize the impact of systemic racializedgenerational trauma and how it affects life. I am also LGBTQIA+ friendly.
