My Approach to Helping
I help adults between the ages of 25 and 60 struggling with constant worry, fear, and anxious, looping thoughts that prevent them from doing the things they love. In our work together they learn mindfulness techniques to slow their intrusive thoughts, cognitive behavioral skills to manage their stressors, and healthy tools to handle the curveballs that life often throws. Confident in their new strengths, they navigate the tides of change with inner peace and the ability to be truly present.
