If you’ve been feeling lonely, anxious, stressed, or even lost, reaching out for support can be a positive first step towards healing. It’s important to know you don\'t have to go through this alone. Talking with someone can allow you to see how your thought patterns and actions impact the way you feel. My specialties include working with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, perfectionism, grief and loss, and life transitions. I also support individuals who are highly sensitive and struggling caregivers who often put their own mental health aside to care for others.
With my training as a professional counselor, I can provide you with the tools to help you become more aware of your feelings, how to acknowledge them without getting stuck in them, and how to work past them. My collaborative approach is relational, helping individuals meet goals, and build self-compassion and acceptance. I listen with humility and empathy.
