My Approach to Helping
As a warm and person-centered therapist, I believe in partnership with a client to meet them where they are and work towards their goals together. Life can be hard and circumstances can feel heavy, but you've made the first (and often hardest) step to lightening the load and achieving your goals.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and navigating life stressors, as well as other mental and behavioral concerns. I utilize a blended strength-based treatment approach, using but not limited to: cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavior modification.
