My Approach to Helping
Welcome, I am so glad you are here! It takes courage to ask for help, especially if you are struggling with anxiety on a regular basis. Taking control of how you respond to stress and addressing its root causes can be freeing. I focus on helping women work through anxiety so that they can live personally meaningful and balanced lives.
In our work together, I will draw from my training as a certified clinical anxiety treatment professional. We may use mindfulness and nature-based approaches to help you develop skills to remain calm in stressful situations. We may also use the brain-based therapy, EMDR, to heal past emotional wounds that may be contributing to current anxiety.
You are brave for being vulnerable and showing up for yourself. I believe that we all have the capacity to heal when given the necessary tools and environment, and I would be honored to travel together on your path to healing.
