My Approach to Helping
I get what it's like to not feel understood; to just want to explain yourself and feel heard. Wanting to feel valued, and validated. I’m here to see you for you, in this current stage of life, not just where you “should” be. I am here to assure you that your experiences emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually are real and to help you make sense of your experiences through each stage that your beautiful mind arrives at as you grow. This is your free space to experience you and to see that there is nothing too hard to work through.
More Info About My Practice
I am a believer in Christ Jesus at the core of my identity. I believe in justice, freedom, and opportunity for all to experience healing in their lives no matter how they identify. I value the family structure as a gift and a platform for development. I value opportunities for repair through truth in relationships as well as between societal groups. I believe in helping to bring out the resources and tools hidden within communities, rather than imposing judgment of deficit or lack. I believe that there is beauty waiting to be explored in every situation in life where hope, truth, and realness are invited. I value seeing how challenges turn into triumphs in all of our lives, and for the ability that we have to adapt to life. I value creative forms of expression, as I always said that when I personally did not have words to say, dance was my voice. I think that it is greatly important to explore all avenues of expression as sometimes words are hard to access or do not feel full enough.
