My Approach to Helping
I like to create a very open and honest environment, that is judgement free. I have a semi-direct style but it's not necessarily confrontational rather than me wanting to be clear in what I say and represent my genuine self. Hopefully it feels like talking with a friend or confidante as I want you to be able to be true to yourself as well when we meet.

Hello! My name is Caroline Clark, I am a licensed clinical social worker and I provide therapy to individuals suffering from Post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety and Attention deficit hyperactivity. I use Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths building and other proven interventions to help people heal from past trauma or current mental health issues. Together we can work on reducing symptoms and helping you live the life you want!
