My Approach to Helping

My name is Carrie and I am a Mental Health Counselor who has worked with people ages 3-86. As a veteran myself, my passion is helping other veterans who are transitioning to civilian life and may be struggling with service related issues such as PTSD and MST. I use a person centered approach while building a relationship environment that allows for healing to take place. From there we will work together to find the modality that works best for you.

More Info About My Practice

I am a veteran of the United States Navy, a mother, a farmer, and first responder (volunteer fire fighter and EMT) as well as a counselor. I strongly believe that each individual has value and it is my job as a human to treat my brothers and sisters with dignity and respect. It is part of my responsibility to leave my community and my environment better than how I found it and to use my gifts to support those around me as they grow and challenge themselves.
