My Approach to Helping

Counseling isn't about fitting into a box, it's about painting outside the lines, dancing like nobody's watching, and singing your own song. Come as you are, embrace the quirks that make you, you. Let's co-create a space where safety and empowerment allow you to dive deep into the process while feeling safely held.

I believe that you already have everything you need to heal within you. I hold a client-centered, social justice, and multicultural approach to therapy and strive to fully understand each individual client's uniqueness. As a somatic therapist, I believe that it is through working with the body and the mind together that the deepest levels of growth and healing can be found and you can expect to explore sensations in the body as well as thoughts in session. Jungian and transpersonal lenses add a spiritual dimension to therapy, and I love to incorporate tarot, astrology, art, poetry, dreams, and symbolism when it feels supportive to your process.

I work primarily with adults and older teens and am a queer-affirming, neurospicy-affirming therapist.
