I am passionate about helping others and feel honoured to provide a safe, welcoming space for my clients to share openly and honestly. In couples therapy we provide tools to develop healthy communication skills to express thoughts and feelings more clearly. Couples therapy focuses on fostering empathy, validation, and understanding between you and your partner as we understand that relationships are the most vital aspects of our lives, offering both reward and enrichment. Yet, when a relationship breaks down, it can lead to painful and challenging situations.
