I offer a safe space, without judgment, and without pressure. I’m informal, friendly, kind, approachable, caring, competent, and compassionate. My number one goal is to help you feel relief, and more connected to the real you.

My Therapy Focus
I am a good listener and I love sharing the ins and outs of how therapy works. I'm always excited to talk about how and why different therapies work! My approach blends cognitive, behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies with solution-focused, person-centered, and trauma-informed approaches. We'll find the tools that make sense for the unique person you are and the unique circumstances you bring.Together we will laugh! Sessions deal with serious issues but we don't have to take ourselves too seriously. We bring the intensity when it's needed and take a breather from emotionality when you want to. We will talk about whatever is on your mind.
