Are you feeling lost in a world that used to feel familiar? Do you feel like you are in a fog, going through the motions but not really engaging? Have you felt overwhelmed by how much there is to do that you haven't been able to let yourself grieve? Some days you may feel like you can tackle that to-do list, and other days the reality hits you like a sucker-punch to the gut. Finding your new normal is a hard and often lonely journey.
