My Approach to Helping

I am compassionate, warm, non-judgmental, open minded, and a great listener. We will discuss you, your viewpoint, what you want, and what you hope to accomplish in therapy. I have over 30 years of experience and have had the pleasure of working in different settings helping individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, difficulty with interpersonal relationships, effects of trauma, and grief. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy and I'm so glad you are taking this big step.
