My Approach to Helping
Hi, and thank you for reading a little bit about my work. After completing undergraduate studies in psychology, I detoured into corporate fields of advertising and finance. Those years of experience and my own therapy kept me close to my interest in mental health. It led me to earning an MA in psychology and becoming a therapist. Throughout this work, it is important for me that you feel seen, heard, and your voice upheld as a guidepost. Coming from a diverse family, I appreciate the complexities of building and exploring self identity and having sense of self.
My work often focuses on clients experiencing couples-relationships issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and infertility. I also have experience with clients working in mental health, first responder, media-entertainment, high performance fields, and am EMDR trained.
Supporting others in their walks of life is something I have always tried to practice. As a therapist, it is a privilege to help clients deepen their connections with themselves and others, move with more ease and choose the lives they want to live. I am happy to connect and see if we would be a good fit for great work together.
