My Approach to Helping
Hi, thank you for taking time to find a supportive and comfortable space to work on what is important for you, whether it involves personal growth, developing insight, connection, or more. My own journey included a detour into corporate arenas after my undergraduate psychology studies. That experience and my own therapy, led me back to my interest in mental health and becoming a therapist. Throughout my work, it’s important your voice be respected as a guidepost. As someone with a diverse background, both professionally and personally, I appreciate the complexity and work to support the process of connecting with and building your sense of self and unique identity.
I often work with clients who are experiencing couples and family relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also specialize working with individuals in high stressperformance fields as well as Asian American men and women navigating trauma, career, and self-identity challenges.
It is a privilege to support and co-create with clients a space to deepen connections with themselves and others, move with more ease, choose the lives they want to live and transform challenges into growth and development.
