I take a strengths-based approach and draw from various therapeutic modalities, including acceptance and commitment therapy, attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, and interpersonal neurobiology. I aim to help clients flourish through the integration of their emotional, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, and vocational well-being.

Chin-Chin is a Resident in Counseling pursuing licensure in Virginia. She provides a safe space for adults and couples to pursue healing, grow in self-awareness, and realize lasting change. Chin-Chin brings a breadth of work experience from other industries and is known for her ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele. She utilizes a holistic, strengths-based approach to address anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational strain, and trauma-related pain, drawing from therapeutic modalities such as attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
