My Approach to Helping

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am passionate about supporting youth, young adults, and adults through life’s challenges, helping them find a path toward comfort and growth.

Opening up about your struggles can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe and compassionate space where you can fully be yourself without fear of judgment.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, mood disorders, stress management, and relationship challenges. My approach is versatile and personalized, blending strength-based, solution-focused, emotionally-focused, existential, and expressive arts techniques to help you make meaningful progress toward your goals.

Life can be difficult, but I believe there is always room to grow, heal, and find joy in even the smallest victories. Together, we will build a strong and supportive relationship, discover your unique strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and celebrate your successes along the way. Let’s create a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with who you are meant to be.
