My Approach to Helping

I understand that life can be very challenging and I believe that we can make the most of it every day, no matter how big or small. I aspire to build a strong, caring, and supportive relationship with you in order to discover and build upon your strengths, learn more about yourself, support you through your challenges, and celebrate your successes.

I specialize in working with individuals, youth, young adults, and adults, who experience mental health concerns, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, mood disorders, stress management, and relationship concerns. My work is versatile as I utilize my passions to support individuals to make positive progress towards their goals.

I will collaborate with you to meet your goals and reach a place of comfort through person-centered, strength-based, solution and emotionally-focused, existential, and Expressive Arts approaches. I acknowledge that talking about your challenges can be hard. To support a positive experience, I offer a safe space where you can be yourself to any extent without judgment.
