My Approach to Helping

Imagine the day you start on the path of forgiving yourself for what you did but didn't mean to do, for what you didn't do but should have, for having unrealistic expectations of yourself, andor others, and for accepting responsibility for others' behavior or situations outside of your control. Imagine not losing sleep over the pain others have caused you. Imagine being a little kinder to yourself than you were yesterday. Imagine gently shifting your focus to your abilities, instead of your inabilities. Imagine being able to trust yourself in your environments and surround yourself with people you do trust and feel safe with. Imagine connecting intimately with those you love. Imagine finding joy in the small things. Imagine setting and achieving goals. Imagine embracing your meaning and living your life's purpose. I am a virtual therapist with SonderMind specializing in trauma recovery, preventing future suicidal crises, managing life stress, and moving forward. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-SP for Suicide Prevention), and Problem-Solving Therapy for Suicide Prevention. I offer a safe space for LGBTQ+ as well and when it's important for you, I honor your spirituality in my practice. Do you not recommend adulting? Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired?
