My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling like your life may be lacking alignment, purpose, and understanding, and feel lost about which direction to go? I view myself as a partner walking alongside you on your journey towards balance and wholeness. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, eating issues, self-esteem, trauma, relationship concerns, perfectionism, and those who have a poor disconnected relationship with themselves. I believe it is so important to focus not only on the mind but on the body and spirit as well.
Therapy is a place to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, receive genuine support, and work towards making meaningful changes to build a life you can be proud of. We'll uncover why you feel overwhelmed, anxious, and full of doubt. You'll learn to honor your emotions and practice self-compassion to heal from the past and feel more confident in yourself.
You are resilient and capable of overcoming obstacles preventing you from living the life you want to lead. I'll be here to support you, help you get curious and understand yourself more deeply, ask the tough questions, and (gently) confront you when necessary.
