My Approach to Helping
I am accepting new clients and provide virtual teletherapy sessions with availability evenings, weekends, and holidays! Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward? Does life feel like it’s full of “shoulds” or expectations? Or do you feel like you're carrying stories about yourself that are heavy and limiting? I want you to know it doesn’t have to continue that way.
I believe that change happens through conversation and creativity. I work alongside you to explore the challenges you’re facing and to uncover the strengths, values, and hopes that might have been overshadowed by life’s challenges. Together, we’ll take a curious, compassionate look at the narratives shaping your life—and work toward reshaping them in ways that feel meaningful and empowering.
In our sessions, I draw from narrative therapy and expressive arts to help you see new possibilities and reconnect with yourself in a fresh way. (By the way, you don’t have to be an artist or writer to benefit from these approaches!) It’s about finding ways to express your thoughts and emotions, discover new perspectives, and make sense of what you’re experiencing in a way that feels authentic to you.
