We provide growth-oriented therapy for anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and other life-stressors. We help clients learn how to get unstuck from negative feeling cycles and unhealthy coping habits, and take meaningful action in their lives. We integrate effective action-oriented approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps decrease recurrent anxiety, overwhelm, and burn out. Straight Up Treatment also strongly values and incorporates assertiveness training in our programs. We want our clients to be powerful, be bold, and be heard!
Additionally, we utilize our specialized knowledge and skill set to provide executive coaching for businesses in order to enhance workplace performance, communication, morale, and productivity. In addition to providing education and consultation services for local schools and parents to help raise stronger and more resilient adolescents and children.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
Mental, physical, and social wellness weren't always core values of mine. I lived a significant portion of my life stuck in a cycle of anxiety and stress, unhealthy relationships, and chronic health issues. It took a deep desire to live my fullest life in order to change. I have devoted much of my adult life to understanding the connections between mind and body, through years of clinical training and education, meditation, yoga, and self-compassion practice. I do practice what I preach, because I know it works!
